Release notes

Hello!

Install the latest release to get started with code view autocomplete and other new features.

Labeling Configuration Autocomplete

Each computer vision project is unique, with its own set of requirements. This makes crafting the perfect user experience and efficient labeling workflows critical. Customizing these experiences, however, shouldn't be rocket science. And you shouldn't need deep coding experience to get it right.

Introducing Labeling Configuration Autocomplete. This feature consists of a nifty autocomplete helper that appears as you type in the code view. This makes working with labeling configuration templates or creating custom ones a breeze by reducing the need to know how to work with XML. It also reduces the chance of errors compared to coding from scratch.

This release simplifies project setup for admin, owner, and manager roles. It includes:

  • Suggestions and autocomplete for tags, parameters, and values (enumerable types where applicable)
  • Navigation and search-as-you-type for values

Here’s it in action:

We're eager for you to try out these new features and updates, and look forward to your feedback.

As always, we are here to support you in your data labeling journey. Stay tuned for more updates from Label Studio!

Best,

The Label Studio Team
